Main Ingredients
- 1 pack soft tofu
- 🦐 10-12 shrimp
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧅 1-2 handfuls chopped green onion
- 1 piece kombu (5cm x 5cm)
- 1-1.5 tbsp soy sauce
步骤
Prepare kombu broth by boiling water with kombu on high heat. Once boiling, reduce to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, remove the kombu from the pot.
Scoop soft tofu into the pot using a spoon.
Add shrimp and soy sauce to the pot.
Boil on high heat for 5 minutes, skimming off any foam that rises.
Reduce heat to low and pour beaten egg in a circular motion into the pot. Stir gently once to prevent sticking.
Top with chopped green onion and season with pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
