Main Ingredients
- 🦐 50g frozen peeled shrimp
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp tempura flakes
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🌱 Chopped green onion, as needed
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked white rice
Bowl Sauce
- 💧 100cc water
- 2 tbsp concentrated noodle sauce (3x strength)
步骤
Thinly slice the onion.
Crack the egg into a bowl and beat it lightly.
In a frying pan, combine the bowl sauce ingredients and sliced onion. Heat over medium heat until the onion softens.
Add the thawed shrimp and tempura flakes to the pan. Cook until the shrimp are done, then pour in the beaten egg. Cook over medium heat until the egg is semi-cooked.
Serve the cooked mixture over a bowl of white rice and garnish with chopped green onion.
