Main Ingredients
- 🍤 1 handful shrimp meat
- 🍤 5 whole shrimp
- 1 block tofu
- 1 handful boiled radish leaves
- 🧅 Adequate amount of green onion
- 1 green chili
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 海鲜 1 tbsp fermented shrimp
- 2 tbsp tuna sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 0.3 tbsp sugar
步骤
Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces and clean the shrimp thoroughly. You can use either whole shrimp or shrimp meat.
Mix red pepper powder, minced garlic, fermented shrimp, tuna sauce, mirin, and sugar in a bowl to create the seasoning sauce.
In a pot, add 3 cups of water and bring it to a boil. Add shrimp, tofu, and boiled radish leaves, followed by the prepared seasoning sauce. Let it simmer for 15 minutes.
Add green onion and green chili to the pot and let it boil for a few more minutes. Adjust the seasoning if needed.
Serve the shrimp tofu stew hot. If you dislike peeling shrimp shells, use frozen shrimp meat for a hassle-free experience.
