- 100g boiled bamboo shoots
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar

Julienne the ginger and slice the bamboo shoots thinly.

In a pot, combine the seasonings (soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar) and ginger. Heat over medium heat and add the beef. Skim off any foam that forms.

Cover the pot and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. Add the bamboo shoots and continue simmering for another 3 minutes with the lid on. Cook until the liquid is almost gone.
