- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 1 piece (60g) new burdock
- 🧅 1/2 piece (100g) onion
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Sauce
- 🍅 1 can (400g) chopped tomatoes
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
Garnish
- 🌿 Pinch of chopped parsley
步骤
Wash the burdock thoroughly to remove dirt. Slice thinly at an angle with the skin on, soak briefly in water, and drain. Slice the onion thinly.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place chicken skin-side down and cook for 3–4 minutes until browned. Flip and push to the side.
Add onion, burdock, and grated garlic to the empty space in the pan. Stir-fry briefly. Add the sauce ingredients (☆), mix, and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Uncover, increase to medium heat, and cook for 3–4 minutes to reduce excess liquid. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with parsley.
