- 2 leaves (200g) Chinese cabbage
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 100ml water
