Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 chicken thigh
- 🧅 1 onion, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp cooking sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Garnish
- Chopped green onion for garnish

Thinly slice the onion into 5mm slices.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion until softened. Place the chicken thigh skin-side down on top of the onion and season with salt and pepper. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.

Add cooking sake and soy sauce, mix well, and flip the chicken. Simmer until the liquid reduces. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, plate, and garnish with chopped green onion.
