Main
- 🐟 200g salmon fillet
- 180g daikon radish
- 100g enoki mushrooms
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp white dashi
- 💧 150ml water
步骤
Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Cut the daikon radish into quarters lengthwise, then slice into 1cm thick pieces. Trim the enoki mushrooms, cut them in half, and separate them by hand.
Place the salmon, daikon, enoki mushrooms, and seasoning ingredients into a frying pan. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Remove the lid and cook for an additional 2 minutes while spooning the broth over the ingredients.
