Main
- 🐟 2 fillets mackerel
- 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Sauce
- 3 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp grain mustard
- 💧 80 ml water
步骤
Sprinkle salt on both sides of the mackerel and let it sit for 5 minutes. Pat dry with paper towels and make small cuts on the skin.
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them. Slice the red bell pepper into thin strips.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Once boiling, add shimeji mushrooms, red bell pepper, and mackerel. Cover with a drop lid and simmer for 4 minutes.
Remove the drop lid and continue simmering for 2 minutes, spooning the sauce over the ingredients until it thickens.
