Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets mackerel (160g)
Vegetables
- 1 piece ginger
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso
- 💧 100 ml water
步骤
Make shallow cuts on the mackerel skin, pour boiling water over it, and pat dry with kitchen paper.
Peel the ginger, slice two pieces thinly, and julienne the rest for garnish. Cut the green onion into diagonal 3cm pieces.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients (☆) in a bowl.
Place the mackerel, green onion, sliced ginger, and the seasoning mix into the inner pot. Add a scum-removal sheet on top and cover with the lid. Simmer in a slow cooker on high mode for 4 hours.
Serve the mackerel and green onion on a plate, drizzle with the simmering sauce, and garnish with julienned ginger.
