Cut the napa cabbage leaves in half lengthwise.

Boil water in a pot and cook the napa cabbage for about 2 minutes. Drain and squeeze out excess water, then cut into 3cm squares.

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, water, sesame seeds, and the cooked napa cabbage.

Serve in a dish and sprinkle bonito flakes on top.
