- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (300g)
Seasoning
- 1 packet (5g) bonito flakes
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1/4 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 100 ml water
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
步骤
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak them in water to remove excess starch. Drain well.
In a small pot, combine all ingredients except soy sauce and potatoes. Add the potatoes and bring to a boil over medium heat. Cover and simmer on low heat for 8 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
Remove the lid, add soy sauce, and stir while simmering over medium heat until the liquid is reduced and absorbed. Turn off the heat and mix in the bonito flakes, coating the potatoes evenly.
