Main Ingredients
- 1 piece fried tofu (20g)
- 4 whole bell peppers (120g)
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 100 ml water
步骤
Lightly press the bell peppers with your hand to slightly crush them.
Place the fried tofu between paper towels and gently blot off excess oil. Cut it in half along the short side, then slice into 1 cm wide strips.
In a pot, mix all the seasonings (salt, mirin, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water). Add the bell peppers and fried tofu, and heat over medium heat. Once boiling, cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for about 8 minutes, occasionally flipping the peppers until tender.
