Main Ingredients
- 200g yellowtail fillets
- 🥚 2 boiled eggs
- 300g daikon radish
- 2 slices ginger
Simmering Sauce
- 200cc water
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
步骤
Cut daikon into 2cm slices, peel thickly, and halve. Place in a microwave-safe container, add 3 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 6 minutes. Cool and rinse under running water.
Cut yellowtail into bite-sized pieces and place in a colander. Pour boiling water over to remove excess fat.
In a pot, combine simmering sauce ingredients and ginger. Bring to a gentle boil, then add yellowtail and daikon. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Add boiled eggs to the pot, ensuring they are submerged in the sauce. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes.
Turn off the heat, flip the eggs, cover, and let sit for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to soak into the ingredients.
