Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 serving of cooked rice
- 🟩 2 sheets of nori
- 🐟 100g canned tuna
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1 stick imitation crab
- 4 perilla leaves
- 🥒 1/3 cucumber
- A small amount of sesame oil
- A suitable amount of sesame seeds
- A suitable amount of mayonnaise
步骤
Mix canned tuna and imitation crab with mayonnaise to make a salad.
Scramble the eggs and set aside.
Slice the cucumber and soak in salted water for about 5 minutes, then drain.
Mix the cooked rice with sesame oil and sesame seeds.
Spread a thin, rectangular layer of rice on a sheet of nori.
Place a perilla leaf on top of the rice, followed by the tuna salad.
Add the scrambled eggs and sliced cucumber on top of the tuna salad.
Add another perilla leaf on top, then cover with another layer of rice.
Fold the nori over the filling like wrapping a parcel.
Wrap the onigirazu in plastic wrap to hold its shape.
