    • 3cm rehydrated kombu

    • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • Green Bean Butter Sauté

    • 10 green beans
    • 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
    • 10g salted butter
    • 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Potato Ginger Miso Soup

    • 🥔 1 potato
    • 1/2 green onion
    • 1 piece of ginger
    • 5cm kombu
    • 1 tbsp miso
    • 300ml water
