- 🥕 800g radish, small size
Seasoning
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp roasted sea salt
- 🍬 3 tbsp sugar
- 🍶 7 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp fine chili powder
步骤
Wash the radish thoroughly and slice it into flat pieces. Alternatively, you can julienne it based on preference.
Add 1.5 tbsp of roasted sea salt to the radish and let it sit for 30 minutes to draw out moisture.
Drain the excess water from the radish, though you can keep it if preferred.
Add 3 tbsp of sugar, 7 tbsp of vinegar, and 1 tsp of fine chili powder to the radish.
Mix everything thoroughly until the radish is evenly coated.
Your cold noodle radish kimchi is ready to serve!
