Main
- 🍝 80g spaghetti
- 🥓 2 slices bacon
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧄 1/2 clove garlic, minced
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp black pepper
- 🥛 100ml milk
- 🧀 2 tbsp grated cheese
步骤
Cut the bacon into 1cm strips.
Mince the garlic finely.
In a bowl, beat the egg and mix with the seasoning ingredients (salt, black pepper, milk, grated cheese).
Boil water in a pot, add a pinch of salt, and cook the spaghetti 1 minute less than the package instructions. Drain.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant, then add bacon and sauté for 1 minute.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan, stir briefly, then add the spaghetti. Cook over low heat, stirring until the sauce thickens.
