Meat
- 250g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 6 leaves (600g) Chinese cabbage
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
- 10cm worth of julienned green onion
Condiments
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Broth
- 4 tbsp white dashi
- 500cc water
步骤
Peel and julienne the ginger. Layer one leaf of Chinese cabbage with 1/6 of the pork belly. Repeat this process six times. Cut the layered stack into 4cm wide pieces.
Arrange the layered pieces in a pot. Add the broth ingredients (white dashi and water) and bring to a simmer. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes until the pork is cooked through.
Garnish the center with julienned green onion and ginger. Drizzle sesame oil over the top before serving.
