- 🐟 2 fillets of salted salmon (200g)
- 🥬 3-4 leaves of spring cabbage (200g)
- 🌱 3-4 green asparagus spears (100g)
Seasoning
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
