- 🥒 2 cucumbers
Seasoning
- 🌰 2 tbsp ground sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
步骤
Wash 2 cucumbers thoroughly using a soft cloth or scrubber, then slice them thinly.
Mix the cucumber slices with 1 tsp of salt and let them sit for 7–8 minutes to draw out moisture.
Grind roasted sesame seeds finely to make sesame powder.
Place the salted cucumbers in a cloth or mesh bag and squeeze out as much water as possible.
Heat a pan, add 1 tbsp of sesame oil, and stir-fry the cucumbers on high heat for 40–50 seconds.
Turn off the heat, sprinkle the ground sesame powder over the cucumbers, and mix well.
Transfer the cucumbers to a serving dish and let them cool before serving.
