- 2 pieces hiraten
- 2 bell peppers

- 1 tsp salad oil

- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 packet (2g) bonito flakes

Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds, and slice into 7mm wide strips.

Slice the hiraten into 1cm wide strips.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add hiraten and bell peppers, stir-fry for about 30 seconds until the peppers soften slightly. Add the seasonings (sake, soy sauce, bonito flakes) and stir briefly.
