- 🐖 300g pork loin shabu-shabu slices
Vegetables
- 🌱 10 snap peas (100g)
- 🥬 4 green leaf lettuce leaves

步骤
Remove the strings from the snap peas. Tear the green leaf lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Boil water in a pot, add the snap peas, and blanch briefly. Transfer to cold water to cool.
Bring the same pot of water to a boil again, add 1 tbsp of sake (optional), and reduce to low heat. Cook the pork slices one by one until their color changes. Remove and let cool.
Arrange the green leaf lettuce and snap peas on a plate. Place the pork slices on top and drizzle with sesame dressing.
