- 2 chikuwa sticks
- 12 snap peas (100g)
Seasonings
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp water
- 1 tbsp ground white sesame

Remove the strings from the snap peas and place them in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Let cool, drain excess water, and cut diagonally in half.

Slice the chikuwa diagonally into 5mm thick pieces.

In a bowl, mix the seasonings (sugar, soy sauce, water, and ground sesame). Add the snap peas and chikuwa, then toss to combine.
