    • 🧂 1/3 tsp salt

    • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
    • 3 tbsp potato starch
    • 2 tsp herb salt
    • 1 tsp powdered cheese

Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C. Lightly coat the drumsticks with the prepared mixture and fry 4 at a time until lightly golden. Remove and repeat with the remaining drumsticks.

Increase the oil temperature to 180–190°C and fry the drumsticks again, 4 at a time, until crispy and golden brown (about 30 seconds). Repeat for the remaining drumsticks.
