- 1 pack soft tofu
- 1/2 handful baby greens
- Some bell pepper
- 🧅 Some onion
Seasoning
- 2.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Some sesame seeds

Invert the soft tofu onto a plate.

Place baby greens or sprouts on top of the tofu.

Mix the seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, minced garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds) and add finely chopped onion and bell pepper. Pour the mixture over the tofu and greens.
