- 150cc unsweetened soy milk
- 2 crab sticks
- 1 shiitake mushroom
- 15g shelled frozen edamame

- 1/4 tsp Japanese dashi powder
步骤
Cut the shiitake mushroom into thin slices for the cap and shred the stem by hand.
In a bowl, beat the egg until smooth. Add soy milk and seasonings (mirin, salt, dashi powder), then strain the mixture through a sieve to create a smooth egg mixture.
Divide crab sticks, shiitake slices, and edamame evenly into microwave-safe bowls. Pour the egg mixture evenly into the bowls, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 200W for 8–10 minutes.
