- 2 cups rice cakes
- 🥩 200g beef
- 🥕 1/4 carrot
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 🧅 1 onion
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
步骤
Boil the rice cakes in hot water briefly, then rinse them in cold water.
Slice the beef into thick strips and marinate with sugar, garlic powder, soy sauce, and mirin.
Stir-fry the marinated beef in a pan until cooked, then add 1 cup of water.
Add the boiled rice cakes to the pan and simmer until they absorb the sauce.
Add carrots and onions, stirring well to combine.
Add green onions and stir until evenly mixed.
Reduce the sauce until thickened, then drizzle sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds to finish.
