- 500g pork ribs
Vegetables
- 1/2 stalk green onion
- 🧄 3 cloves garlic
Herbs & Spices
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 pinch black pepper
Liquids
- 3 tbsp soju
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp water
Condiments
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1.5 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic

- Adequate amount of cooking oil
步骤
Soak pork ribs in cold water for 20 minutes to remove blood.
Cut green onion into 4-5 cm pieces.
Cut the pork ribs into smaller pieces after soaking.
Boil water in a pot, then add pork ribs, garlic cloves, bay leaves, soju, and green onion. Cook on high heat.
Once boiling, reduce to medium heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, corn syrup, cooking wine, minced garlic, and water to create the sauce.
Rinse the boiled pork ribs in cold water.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and sear the pork ribs on high heat.
Add the sauce to the pan and simmer the ribs on medium heat until the sauce thickens.
Sprinkle black pepper before serving.
