- 🍚 2 bowls warm rice (300g)
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch seri, chopped

- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 packet bonito flakes (4.5g)
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Chop the seri into 1cm pieces.

In a bowl, mix warm rice, chopped seri, soy sauce, and bonito flakes. Divide into 4 portions and shape into rice balls using plastic wrap.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over low heat. Place the rice balls in the pan and cook until golden brown on both sides.
