Main Ingredient
- 1 block tofu
Seasoning
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup oligosaccharide
- 1/2 cup plum extract
- 💧 1/2 cup water
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- Pinch of pepper
- 🌾 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 🧅 1/4 onion, chopped
- 1 green chili, sliced
- 1 red chili, sliced

Chop the onion finely and slice the green and red chilies.

Boil water and blanch the tofu for 3 minutes.
