Noodles
- 150g somen noodles
Canned Goods
- 70g canned tuna in oil
Vegetables
- 1 pack soybean sprouts
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
步骤
Cut the roots off the soybean sprouts and halve them. Julienne the carrot.
Separate the tuna from its oil in the can.
Boil water in a large frying pan, cook the somen noodles until firm, rinse under cold water, and drain. Mix the noodles with the reserved tuna oil in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in the frying pan, add the tuna and carrot, and stir-fry over medium heat until the carrot softens. Add the noodles and seasonings, stir-fry over high heat, then add the soybean sprouts and quickly stir-fry.
