Legumes
- 🌱 200g steamed soybeans
Tomato
- 🍅 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), minced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 100cc water
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 bay leaf
步骤
Mince the onion and garlic. Remove the core of the garlic before mincing.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pot over low heat until fragrant. Add minced onion and sauté over medium-low heat until translucent.
Add steamed soybeans, diced tomatoes, and seasoning ingredients (water, salt, pepper, bay leaf). Mix well, cover, and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
Uncover the pot and simmer for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, to evaporate excess liquid.
