Main Ingredients
- 🌱 25g roasted soybeans
- 🍠 1/2 sweet potato, diced
- As needed salad oil
Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🌰 As needed white sesame seeds

Cut the sweet potato into 2cm cubes. Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add sweet potato and roasted soybeans, and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.

Wipe off excess oil from the frying pan. Add the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, and sesame seeds) and stir over medium heat until the sauce thickens.
