Main Ingredients
- 1 can spam
- 🧅 1 handful chopped green onions
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧅 1/2 onion, diced
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
Seasonings
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
步骤
Cut the spam into small pieces and stir-fry until the oil is released.
Add the chopped green onions to the spam oil and stir-fry to create a fragrant green onion oil.
Crack 2 eggs into the pan and scramble them, then mix with the fried ingredients.
Add 2 cups of cooked rice, 2 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tbsp sesame oil, then mix well.
Finally, add the diced onion and stir-fry until everything is well combined and the onion is slightly softened.
