Main Ingredients
- 🥑 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 150g spam, cubed
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🥚 1 egg
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Seaweed, as needed
步骤
Thinly slice 1/2 onion. Adjust quantity if making more rice.
Cut 150g spam into cubes. No need to blanch.
Peel and slice 1/2 avocado to desired thickness.
Pan-fry spam until golden brown for better texture and reduced greasiness.
Fry an egg in the same pan. Keep yolk runny for better taste.
Remove excess oil from the pan, then sauté sliced onion with 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp sugar until softened.
Assemble the dish by placing cooked rice in a bowl, topping with spam, sautéed onion, sliced avocado, and fried egg.
Add seaweed and drizzle 1 tsp sesame oil over the fried egg.
