Main Ingredients
- 1 small can of spam
- 🍚 2 tbsp cooked rice
- 🧅 A small amount of chopped onion
- 🥕 A small amount of chopped carrot
- 🧅 A small amount of chopped green onion
- 🧂 1 pinch of salt
- A small amount of cooking oil
步骤
Prepare all ingredients.
Chop onion, carrot, and green onion into small pieces.
To easily remove spam from the can, pour hot water over the can and let it sit briefly.
Drain the water and tap the can lightly on a cutting board to release the spam.
Cut each spam piece into rectangular shapes, leaving a 1–1.5 cm border.
In a bowl, beat eggs with a pinch of salt.
Add chopped spam, vegetables, and 2 tbsp of cooked rice to the egg mixture and mix well.
Heat a pan and add a small amount of cooking oil. Lightly fry the spam pieces first.
Spoon the egg mixture onto the pan and cook until golden brown.
Remove excess oil and serve as a side dish or snack.
