Essential Ingredients
- 🍚 1 serving of cooked rice
- 1 can of spam
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- a small amount of mayonnaise
- a small amount of parsley flakes
Seasoning Ingredients
- 💧 3 tbsp water
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
步骤
Slice the onion and cut the spam into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a pan with some cooking oil, scramble the eggs, and set them aside.
In the same pan, cook the spam until crispy and set it aside.
Add a little oil to the pan, sauté the sliced onion, then pour in the soy sauce mixture (water, soy sauce, sugar).
Assemble the dish by layering rice, scrambled eggs, spam, and sautéed onions in a bowl. Drizzle with mayonnaise and sprinkle parsley flakes on top.
