Kimchi Stir-fry Ingredients
- 1/2 head kimchi
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍬 3-4 tbsp sugar
- 💧 1/3 cup water
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
步骤
Cut tofu and spam into similar-sized pieces.
Pan-fry the spam lightly on both sides until warm and soft.
Chop kimchi into bite-sized pieces and mix with sugar.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry the kimchi until fragrant.
Add water to the pan, cover, and simmer the kimchi to soften.
Finish the kimchi stir-fry with sesame seeds and sesame oil.
Warm the tofu in the microwave for 2-3 minutes.
Serve the tofu and spam alongside the kimchi stir-fry.
