- 🥒 1 cucumber, julienned
- 🧅 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 3 green chilies, thinly sliced

- 💧 600ml cold water
Seasonings
- 🧂 0.5 tbsp salt
- 🍎 0.5 tbsp apple vinegar
- 🌾 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Wash and thinly slice the green chilies. Peel and thinly slice the onion. Peel and julienne the cucumber.

In a glass bowl, combine 0.5 tbsp salt, 0.5 tbsp apple vinegar, 0.5 tbsp sesame oil, and 1 tbsp sesame seeds. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Add the cucumber, onion, and green chilies to the bowl.

Pour 600ml of cold water into the bowl and mix well. Optionally, add ice cubes for extra chill.
