Seafood
- 🐚 200g clams (purged)
Vegetables
- 🥔 250g new potatoes, halved
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧄 Chopped green onions, as needed
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Liquid Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 2 tsp sugar
- 200cc water
步骤
Cut the new potatoes in half with the skin on. Slice the onion into 1cm-wide pieces.
Wash the clams by rubbing the shells together, then drain the water.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat, add the potatoes and onions, and lightly sauté. Add the liquid seasonings and cover the pot to simmer for 5 minutes.
Add soy sauce and gochujang, cover again, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Add the clams, cover, and cook for 2–3 minutes until the clams open.
Serve in a bowl and garnish with chopped green onions.
