Main Ingredients
- 🧈 1 block tofu
- 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms
- 🧅 1 onion, chopped
- 🧅 1 handful green onions, chopped
Seasonings
- 4 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- A pinch of black pepper
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic

Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces, chop onion, slice green onions, and trim the base of enoki mushrooms.

Heat sesame oil and cooking oil in a pan, then fry tofu on both sides until golden.

Push tofu to the edges of the pan and add chopped onion to the center.

Place enoki mushrooms on top, pour the prepared seasoning mixture over, and sprinkle chopped green onions.

Add 1 cup of water, cover the pan, and simmer on medium-low heat for 5 minutes.
