- 1/4 tsp black pepper

步骤
Prepare the anchovy stock by boiling anchovies and green onion roots in water.
Mix gochujang, red pepper powder, soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, and black pepper to create the seasoning.
Once the stock starts boiling, remove the anchovies and green onion roots.
Add the prepared seasoning to the boiling stock.
Cut the fish cake into bite-sized pieces and skewer them.
Add the skewered fish cake to the seasoned stock.
Boil the fish cake in the stock for 5-10 minutes to let the flavors infuse.
Garnish with sliced green onion and chili pepper before serving.
