Main Ingredients
- 50g glass noodles
- 🍅 1 tomato, diced
- 1/3 bag mizuna, chopped
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp chili oil
步骤
Dice the tomato into 1cm cubes. Chop the mizuna into bite-sized pieces.
Place the glass noodles in a microwave-safe container and add enough water to submerge them. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes. Rinse in cold water, drain, and cut into manageable lengths.
In a bowl, mix all the seasonings (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and chili oil).
Add the tomato, mizuna, and glass noodles to the bowl with the dressing. Toss well to combine.
