Main Ingredients
- 🍚 2 cups of cooked rice
- 1 cup of kimchi (finely chopped)
- 🥓 100g of pork belly (diced)
Seasonings
- 1 tablespoon of gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 🧅 2 tablespoons of green onion (finely chopped)

Heat a pan over medium heat and stir-fry the pork belly until the fat melts.

Add the chopped kimchi and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add rice, gochujang, and soy sauce, mixing and stir-frying them well.
