Main Ingredients
- 🥩 300g beef brisket
- 🥔 1/2 radish, sliced
- 🧅 2 stalks green onion
- 1 pack oyster mushrooms
- 2 handfuls bean sprouts
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp anchovy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Broth
- 700-1000ml anchovy broth
步骤
Slice radish into thin pieces, chop green onions, tear oyster mushrooms, and wash bean sprouts. Pat dry beef brisket to remove excess blood.
Heat sesame oil in a pot, add minced garlic and beef brisket. Stir-fry until beef loses its pink color.
Add radish, red pepper powder, and soy sauce. Stir-fry until radish becomes slightly translucent.
Pour anchovy broth (700-1000ml) into the pot and bring to a boil. Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
Add green onions, bean sprouts, and oyster mushrooms. Boil uncovered to remove bean sprout odor.
Season with additional soy sauce, anchovy sauce, and salt to taste. Continue simmering until desired flavor is achieved.
