- 6 okra pods
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 green onion, minced
Seafood
- 🍤 100g peeled shrimp

- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp doubanjiang

步骤
Trim the okra, rub with salt, rinse lightly, and pat dry.
Remove the shrimp's vein and pat dry. Chop the onion into bite-sized pieces and mince the green onion.
Mix mayonnaise and doubanjiang in a bowl until well combined.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add onion, and sauté until translucent.
Add okra and shrimp to the pan, stir-fry for 2–3 minutes, then add green onion and the mayo sauce. Stir-fry until evenly coated.
