- 🍜 2 servings of ramen noodles

- 🥦 1 bag of stir-fry cut vegetables
Meat
- 🐖 100g sliced pork
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Eggs
- 🥚 2 boiled eggs
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
步骤
Cut the boiled eggs in half.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (miso, sake, sugar, chicken stock powder, doubanjiang, and cornstarch).
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat, add sliced pork, and stir-fry until the color changes. Add cut vegetables and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
Add the mixed seasoning to the pan and stir-fry until slightly thickened. Serve the stir-fried mixture and boiled eggs over the ramen noodles.
