- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 1/2 pack pea shoots

- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- to taste chili oil

Slice the chikuwa diagonally into thin pieces. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand. Cut the roots off the pea shoots and halve them.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the shimeji mushrooms until softened. Add the chikuwa and pea shoots, and stir-fry until the pea shoots are wilted.

Add soy sauce and chili oil, and quickly stir to coat all ingredients evenly.
