- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
步骤
Thinly slice the potato and cut the fish cake into bite-sized pieces.
Blanch the potato slices in boiling water for 2–3 minutes.
Blanch the fish cake briefly in hot water.
Slice the onion, green chili, and green onion.
Mix the seasoning ingredients into a sauce.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the potato, fish cake, and onion until the potato is almost cooked.
Add the sauce, green chili, and green onion, then stir-fry until the sauce is evenly absorbed.
